The next step is to determine how you are going to fund the initial cost of the business. Some business can be started for as little as $1,000 while it may take over $1,000,000 to purchase a big name franchise. It may be possible to get family or friends to help with the funding or you may choose to finance the entire business on your own. You can start your business from scratch, purchase a franchise or join an internet team. The main determining factor may very well come down to what you can afford to spend upfront. Remember, word of mouth is one of the most effective marketing strategies.
